Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing Prior for your sneaker cleaning needs. Please carefully read the following terms of service before availing our services:
1. Delivery Time:
The standard delivery time for our sneaker cleaning services is 5 business days. However, during peak seasons or high-demand periods, there may be slight variations in delivery times.
2. Damage During Cleaning:
While we strive to provide the highest quality service and take utmost care in cleaning your sneakers, there may be rare instances where shoes incur damage during the cleaning process.
In such cases, the company will, at its sole discretion, determine whether it is liable for the damage.
3. Liability Determination:
The company will assess the extent of the damage and, in its sole discretion, decide whether it will be liable or not.
If liable, the company may choose to replace the damaged sneakers with a similar item in comparable condition or provide compensation equivalent to the value of the damage.
4. Rejection of Uncleanable Pairs:
Prior reserves the right to reject any pairs deemed uncleanable and at a high risk of being ruined.
In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified, and a decision will be made whether to proceed with the cleaning process. If accepted, the customer may be asked to provide written acceptance of liability in the event that the shoes are damaged during the cleaning process.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the sneakers sent for cleaning are suitable for the cleaning process. Fragile or highly sensitive materials may be more prone to damage which Prior will not be liable for in case damage.
6. Communication:
For any concerns or inquiries about the cleaning process, delivery times, or potential damages, please contact us promptly at tony@priorstore.com
7. Agreement Acceptance:
By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
8. Changes to Terms:
Prior reserves the right to make changes to these terms of service. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

Returns
Prior is a live marketplace and prices fluctuate based on supply and demand in real-time. As such, once a sale is made, an order is created and we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or swaps—except for our own brands, Prior and Core—.
If you no longer wish to keep your item, our consignment option allows you to resell it without any hassle. For more information, check out our how it works page.
Returns for Prior and Core Brands
For Prior and Core brand products, contact us within 14 days for online purchases or visit our store within 14 days for in-store purchases. Approved returns receive store credit or exchanges. Items must be unused with original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless it's a product defect or our error. Standard return policy applies to other brands.

Return fees
There is a handling fee of $10.00 for all returns and exchanges
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation within processing the order will incur a 10% of the total value of the order restocking and administration fee.
Cancellation for orders from location 'ONLINE MARKETPLACE' is not accepted.
Damage, loss or theft
Prior is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of parcels once they have been dispatched, unless parcel cover has been purchased at checkout. Customers who opt for parcel cover will be eligible for compensation in accordance with the cover's terms and conditions. By completing a purchase without selecting parcel cover, you accept full responsibility for the delivery of your order.

While we strive to ship orders within the next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for standard orders to be dispatched from our Auckland or Melbourne warehouse.
