If your order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 5 – FRAUD PREVENTION AND VERIFICATION

To protect our business and customers, we reserve the right to conduct fraud checks on any order.

We may request:

• Bank statement screenshot showing the transaction
• Additional identity confirmation

Failure to provide requested verification within 24 hours may result in order cancellation.

If an order is deemed fraudulent or high-risk, we may cancel the transaction and, where applicable, deduct a 5% processing fee to cover unrecoverable transaction costs.

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

SECTION 6 – CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may constitute a breach of these Terms.

If a chargeback is filed on a valid transaction:

• We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence
• You may be liable for associated administrative and recovery costs
• Your account may be permanently restricted

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) where applicable.

If you are purchasing goods for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to the extent permitted by law.
